Do I have to give up my Nanit, Owlet, or Hatch?
No — that's the whole point. Dozzi's hub sits in the nursery alongside whatever you already use and listens on its own. Keep your camera, its app, its recordings and insights.
At bedtime, turn down your monitor's bedroom speaker — or silence its app notifications — and let Dozzi handle the waking: a strong, silent vibration on one parent's watch. And if a watch alert goes unacknowledged, Dozzi automatically escalates to a critical alert on the on-duty parent's phone — the wake-up was never designed to hang on a single buzz.
What if I want to see my baby?
The Dozzi Baby Monitor is audio-only, and that's deliberate — it keeps the nursery off the internet and keeps the device simple enough to trust. If you already own a camera monitor, it still covers video exactly as it does today.
Don't have a camera? We support an integration with Ring cameras that lets you see your baby right from your watch. When an alert reaches your wrist, pull up a snapshot from the camera — usually enough to tell "she's rolling around" from "someone needs to go in" — or open your phone and stream the live feed. It's an optional $3/month add-on billed through your Ring account, and it requires a Ring account and camera, sold separately by Ring.
What if we don't have smart watches?
At launch, Dozzi works best with an Apple Watch. If you don't have one, phone-only mode works as a fallback and still delivers smart alerts — just limited to alternating or schedule routing instead of sleep-stage data. Android and Wear OS support is in the works; join the Night Shift and we'll let you know the moment it's ready.
Is there a subscription?
Never for the core product. Smart routing, alerts, and sleep tracking are part of what you buy — no monthly fee, and nothing stops working if you never pay us again.
There's exactly one optional paid add-on: linking a Ring camera, at $3/month through your Ring account. Skip it and you lose nothing else.
