This page explains how to delete your account in the Dozzi Baby Monitor app (iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS), published by Dozzi Sleep Systems LLC. You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Option 1: Delete in the Dozzi app

Open the Dozzi app and go to Settings › Advanced Settings › Account › Delete Account. You may be asked to sign in again to confirm it's you.

If deleting in the app doesn't complete (for example on an older version of the Android app), please use Option 2 and we'll take care of it.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email info@dozzisleep.com from the email address on your Dozzi account, with the subject line “Delete my Dozzi account”. We will verify the request, delete your account and data as described below, and confirm when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account and user profile, including profile and baby details you entered
• Biometric readings and sleep data associated with your account (iPhone and Apple Watch)
• Feedback, support chats, and issue and diagnostic reports you submitted
• Your membership on your Dozzi Base. If you connected the Base's Ring camera, deleting your account also disconnects it and deletes its stored camera data; otherwise the camera stays connected for the rest of your household.

Identifiable cloud data is deleted within 30 days. Encrypted cloud archives are deleted within 90 days.

What may be kept, and for how long

• Household monitoring history. Monitoring session records and cry alert logs belong to the Dozzi Base, which is often shared by more than one caregiver, so one person leaving does not erase the household's history. They are kept for as long as the Base remains in service. Email us if you would like them deleted.
• App diagnostic events (troubleshooting records that may include your display name) are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days, and app analytics (Android) within 14 months. Neither is linked to your name or email.
• A record that a Ring camera was disconnected (the date, the Base, the Ring account identifier, and which account made the change) is kept for as long as needed for security, fraud-prevention and compliance purposes.
• Anonymized research data (only if you opted in) cannot be linked back to you and is not deleted.

If you used Dozzi on more than one phone, delete your account from each phone, or email us and we will remove the others.
