Dozzi Limited Warranty

This warranty applies to the Dozzi Base (the "Dozzi Device"). It is a limited warranty.

Limited one-year warranty

The Dozzi Device is sold with a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It applies whether you bought your Dozzi at dozzisleep.com or on Amazon.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, accident, unauthorized repair, or normal cosmetic wear.

How to make a claim

Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting us at support@dozzisleep.com. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective device at our discretion.

Your other rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty affects your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Returns are separate from this warranty

Separately from this warranty, orders placed at dozzisleep.com come with a 60-night trial. You have 60 nights from the day your Dozzi arrives to decide whether to keep it, and we pay return shipping. See our Refund Policy for the full terms. Orders placed on Amazon follow Amazon's return policy, and returns go through your Amazon account.
